镦粗试样法标定锻压设备力能特性的理论基础和应用技术

摘要 锻压设备力能特性的标定对于检验设备的性能有着重要的意义。镦粗试样法是标定锻压设备力能特性的实用工程方法。本文介绍了该方法的理论基础 ;通过分析表明 ,设备的额定力和额定能可一次性标定 ,而不用分别标定 ;试样材料不限定用紫铜 ,也可用钢材或铝材 ;在试验机上镦粗小试样时 ,选择的变形速度越快 ,应变速率造成的误差就越小 ;使用镦粗试样法标定锻压设备的力能特性 ,误差可以控制在 10 %以内。 The load and energy calibration of forging equipment is very important for the checking of its features. Upsetting is an applicable engineering method for this calibration. Based on the introduction of the theory for the calibration, we point out that the load and energy calibration can be done in one press instead of separately, and the material can also be steel or aluminum alloy in addition to copper. In order to decrease the influence of the strain rate, the upsetting speed for the stress strain test of upsetting sample should be as high as possible. By the controlling of some key points, the tolerance of the calibration can be in 10%.
