摘要
目前在国内外开展的复合材料及金属的胶接修补研究中 ,计算与试验都是采用单向加载方式。但在工程实际中需要修补的区域一般承受多向载荷。本文采用“双板 -弹簧”有限元修正模型 ,对多向载荷作用下的修补问题进行了研究。结果表明 ,在大多数情况下单向加载状态获得的极限强度恢复程度是偏保守的结果。
Up to now, both computational and experimental loadings are unidirectional in current study of adhesive bonding repair technique at homeland or overseas, but multidirectional loading is often applied in engineering practice. This paper takes account of this loading situation to study the recovery behaviors of the ultimate strength of the structre with bonded patch through 'twin plate spring' finite element modeling. Computational results for weaker stiffness patches show that strength recovery is lowest under unidirectional loading, but for stronger stiffness patch, the strength recovery under unidirection is not always lowest. It is, therefore, followed that in most cases, the recovery of ultimate strength through unidirectional loading study is conservative, which depends on the stiffness ratio of mother plate to bonded patch.
