摘要
面向生产的设计 (DFP)包括设计准则、生产能力分析和估算制造周期 ,它决定着一个新产品设计方案的制造对制造系统性能的影响程度。本文基于有关文献中提出的针对不同问题的 DFP方法 ,提出了一种综合的 DFP方法 ,该方法通过进行制造系统生产能力分析和估算新产品制造周期 ,可以给出缩短制造周期的反馈信息 ,从而缩短产品开发周期。
Design for production includes design guidelines, capacity analysis, and estimating manufacturing cycle. It determines the influence of the manufacturing of a new product design on the performance of the manufacturing system. In this paper, a general DFP approach that can reduce manufacturing cycle during product design is presented. It performs capacity analysis and manufacturing cycle estimating, and gives feedback that can be used to decrease manufacturing cycle.
