摘要
空间凸轮是一种在自动设备中广泛使用的重要控制零件 ,因其空间廓面的特殊形状 ,使用通用 CAD/ CAM软件难以完成数控加工编程任务 ;为此 ,本文提出一种高效实用的空间凸轮 CAM技术 ,即化空间复杂曲线数控编程为平面曲线数控编程的 CAM技术 ,可以解决各类空间凸轮的数控加工自动编程问题。采用这种 CAM技术已加工出多种规格的空间凸轮 ,显示了该技术的可行性与可靠性。
Spatial cams are important control parts used widely in automatic mechanisms. Because of their special contours, it is very difficult to finish NC programming for these parts by common CAD/CAM software. Therefore, an effective CAM technology for spatial cams is presented, which can solve most of spatial cams' NC programming problem. With this technology, the spatial curve NC programming issue is converted to a planar curve NC programming. Using this CAM technology, several kinds of spatial cams are programmed and machined, and the applications show that this CAM technology is feasible and reliable.
