摘要
利用在碱性介质条件下 ,铌和钽对鲁米诺 H2 O2 K3 Fe(CN) 6化学发光体系的抑制作用 ,结合在线离子交换方法分离干扰离子 ,达到在线检测的目的。验证了铌和钽对化学发光体系抑制的线性关系。方法的检出限是铌 :0 0 3μg/mL ,钽 :0 0 4 μg/mL。测定铌和钽的线性范围为 0 1~ 1μg/mL。测定 0 1μg/mL铌和钽 9次的相对标准偏差分别为 4 5 %和 5 1%。
An on line determination method of niobium and tantalum in complex samples is reported in this paper. It's based on the suppression effect of niobium and tantalum on the luminol K 3Fe(CN) 6 H 2O 2 chemiluminescence system under the condition of alkalinity coupled with on line ion exchange method for separating interference ions .The linear relation was testified. The detection limit is 0 03μg/mL(Nb), 0 04μg/mL(Ta). The linear range of the calibration curve is 0 1~1μg/mL(Nb or Ta). The relative standard deviation is 4 5%(for Nb) and 5 1%(for Ta).
