采用微波消化技术 ,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定进口西洋参中的铅。铅的线性范围为 0～ 10 0 μg/L ,检出限为 2 .80 μg/L ,相对标准偏差为 0 .92 %

Gen seng sample was digested in a microwave digestion system..The lead in the import gen seng sample was detected by graphite furnace with AAS.The linear range for lead is found to be from 0 μg/L to 100μg/L and its detection limit is 2.80μg/L.The relative standard deviations are less than 0.92%.
