摘要
从特殊硅铁的质量要求(化学成分)分析入手,探讨了特殊硅铁试制的基本原理。在实践中,通过改变生产过程中的某些试验条件摸索并初步确定了特殊硅铁的生产工艺,并从理论上分析了该工艺中去除杂质的原理。总结性地提出了较为成熟的特殊硅铁冶炼工艺方法,也客观地指出了该法的缺陷之所在。
From analysing quality requirment(chemical compositions) of special FeSi, the foundamentals of special trial production were probed. In the practice, production technology of special FeSi was probed into and preliminary decided by changing some test conditions of the production. The maturer process of smelting special FeSi was summarized, while the process shortages were also pointed out.
