摘要
在颗粒状黏土素瓷载体上 ,经灼烧制备具有共价结合的铝胶薄膜 ,并以此为载体 ,在聚合氯化铝形成过程中与氯化铝悬浊液共熟化 ,在铝胶薄膜表面生成聚合氯化铝 ,经灼烧进一步固化而制得表面包覆聚合氯化铝吸附材料。该吸附材料作为絮凝剂可循环使用约 17次。用于处理造纸污水 ,COD、BOD、悬浮物、硫化物、色度等指标可分别降低约 93%、77%、96 %、94 %和 80 %。
Ceramic grain was first prepared from pottery clay by calcination at temperature of 750 ℃ for 2h.Secondly, gel aluminum film was formed from gel aluminum solution and fixed on the surface of the ceramic grain under temperature of 650 ℃ for 1.5 h. Thirdly, poly aluminum chloride was formed during polyreaction in aluminum chloride solution on the surface of the ceramic grain covered with gel aluminum film and thermosetted at 400 ℃ and 300 ℃ by two steps for 1 h a once, respectively. The fixed poly aluminum chloride showed good reusability and wonderful adsorb agglomerating behavior. After treatment for 6 h in the precipitate agglomerating bed, values of the chemical oxygen demand(COD), the biological oxygen demand(BOD), suspended substances, sulfide, and color density in the papermaking wastewater were cut down by 93%, 77%, 96%, 94% and 80%, respectively.
