摘要
贵冶二期工程是国家“九五”期间重点工程项目 ,计划投资 15 .3亿元 ,实际完成 12 .9亿元 ,节约资金2 .4亿元。目前 ,生产安全顺行。建安工程是贵冶二期工程实施过程中的重点 ,而建安工程合同管理又是整个工程管理的核心 ,本文就贵冶二期工程的合同管理工作作一显现分析。
The second phase project in Guixi smelter is the major project of our country during 95period. Planned investment is 1.53 billion Yuan, actual investment is 1.29 billion Yuan, reduced investment is 0.24 billion Yuan. At present the production is steady. Jianan project is the major project of the second phase project in Guixi smelter Guixi smelter; Janan project contact management is the key of the whole project management.
