摘要
采用 Mn-Nb-Cu-B系合金设计 ,在 42 0 0 mm轧机上实行 型控轧、控冷 ,开发出超低碳贝氏体钢 (ULCB)厚板 (板厚最大 5 0 mm)。钢的强度达到 70 kg级 ,低温冲击韧性优良。解决了 >40 mm厚板在控轧状态下难以兼顾强度和韧性的问题 ,并为开发 80 kg级
Ultra-low carbon bainite (ULCB) steel plate(plate thickness≤50mm) is developed by adopting Mn-Nb-Cu-B system design, type Ⅲ controlled rolling controlled cooling on 4200mm mill. Strength of the steel reaches 70kg class with excellent low temperature impact toughness.Problem that Strength and toughness are difficult to be obtained concurrently for plate>40mm is solved and beneficial exploration is carried out for development of 80kg class ULCB steel.
