摘要
本文利用 Gleeble-1 5 0 0热模拟试验机 ,研究了 Ti含量对 AH3 6钢粗化温度的影响 ,同时利用二辊轧机研究了轧制温度、变形量对 AH3 6钢的奥氏体晶粒大小的影响。该钢合理的加热温度范围为 1 2 0 0~1 2 5 0℃。在轧制温度一定时 ,加大变形量 ,奥氏体晶粒尺寸减小 ;钛含量增加 。
This paper makes a study of effect of Ti content on austenite coarsening temperature in AH36 steel by means of Gleeble-1 500 thermal simulator and also the study of effect of rolling temperature and reduction on austenite grain size in AH36 steel by using two-high mill.The reasoning heating temperature range of the steel is 1 200℃ to 1 250℃,Austenite grain size becomes fine with increasing reduction and increasing Ti content at a given rolling temperature.
