摘要
通过对双辊薄带钢连铸的试验研究 ,分析了试验中面临的关键性技术———侧封技术对薄带钢连铸过程的影响。通过在试验中对整体式和组合式侧封板的比较 ,得到了合理的侧封结构。研究了不同材质的侧封板对铸带质量的影响 。
Based on a research of twin roll strip casting experiment, this paper analyzes the effect of side dam, which is one of the most important factors to the experiment, on strip casting process. The appropriate structure of the side dam was obtained through comparing of two different structures of the side dam. The effect of different refractory of the side dam on the quality of the strip was also studied. As a result, the appropriate refractory of the side dam for the twin roll strip casting was chosen.
