摘要
用双悬臂梁预制裂纹试样 ,研究了硼酸铝晶须增强 6 0 6 1Al复合材料在 3 5 %NaCl溶液中的应力腐蚀(SCC)开裂行为 ,探讨了时效对复合材料应力腐蚀开裂行为的影响规律 .结果表明 ,不同时效状态下 ,由于析出相的分布及密度不同 ,导致复合材料的应力腐蚀特性不同 .裂纹尖端点蚀坑对复合材料应力腐蚀开裂起促进作用 .
In the present research,the effect of aging on the SCC behavior of Al 18 B 4O 33 w/Al composite was investigated using Double-Cantilever-Beam (DCB) specimen in 3.5%NaCl solution.The results indicated that the difference in the size,distribution and density of precipitates in the matrix of the composite,results in different stress corrosion cracking behaviors of the composite at different aging state.The difference of the density of pits at the surface of the composite has influence on the SCC behavior of the composite
