在国内还无金属高温轴向加载低周疲劳试验标准的情况下 ,如何确保疲劳试验结果的准确性 ,一直是实验人员十分重视的问题。通过大量高温低周疲劳试验 ,探索了导致疲劳数据不稳定的重要因素 ,结果表明 ,试样。
It should be paid attention to ensure the correctness of low cycle fatigue test when there was no standards for axial loading fatigue test of metallic material at elevated temperature.The main unsteady factors affected on data of the fatigue test were researched through a great deal of low cycle fatigue test,the results showed that the concentricity of the completed assembly with sample,fixture and tester was the most important factor to the fineness of axial loading fatigue test of metallic material at elevated temperature.
