摘要
分析了凯芙拉纤维增强聚合物基复合材料的组织结构特点和物理机械性能,针对复合材料在孔加工过程中产生各种加工缺陷的原因,提出一种立足传统加工方法且经济实用的孔加工技术,并给出相应的加工工艺装备简图,加工实验取得令人满意的效果,具有实用和推广价值。
The structural characteristics and the mechanical properties of Kevlar fiber reinforced polymer-based composites are analyzed in this paper.Based on the traditional machining method,an economical and practical drilling method is put forward and the sketches of machining process equipment are given.With a satisfactory test result achieved,the drilling technology has a broad applied prospect.
