建立健全我国天然气法规建议

Suggestion of Setting up Nature Gas's Legislation System

我国已颁布的油气法规还不配套、不完善,还存在较多的问题,影响了天然气的发展与利用。随着我国加入WTO和天然气工业的发展,规范相关的社会经济关系,制定完善天然气法规体系已提到议事日程。本文研究了天然气法律关系与特点。

The legislations and regulations on petroleum and natural gas that has been issued in China are not supplement and perfect, and also exist in some problems, which has affected the development and utilization of natural gas. With China's entrance into WTO and development of natural gas industry, regulating related social economic relationship and setting perfect legislative systems for natural gas has been under schedule. Law relationship of natural gas and its characteristics are studied, and countermeasure and suggestion for establishing and amplifying legislations and regulations on natural gas are presented.
