本文归纳了 2 0 0 1年第 1 6届国际供电会议论文集中的两篇论文 ,介绍了 1 999年法国电网大风暴事故的经过、事故影响、经验教训以及今后改进的对策。
This paper summarizes the contents of two papers in the 16 th CIRED proceedings, introduces the course of the network fault due to strong storm in France in 1999, impact of the fault, experience, lessons and the countermeasures. And also introduces formulation of the countermeasures by means of simulation method and evaluate its efficiency.
