通过介绍欧共体欧洲能源管制者委员会的供电质量工作组报告的有关内容 ,对供电服务质量、供电连续性及电压质量提出了明确的要求 ,建立对供电质量的全面和完整的认识。
Through introduction of relevant contents of the report by the Power Supply Quality working group of Europe Energy Regulatory Committee of European Economical Community concerning power supply quality, this paper presents the clear requirements on service quality of power supply, continuity of power supply and voltage quality, and establishes an overall and complete understanding about the quality of power supply.
