摘要
在网络环境下 ,我国商业银行营销面临着前所未有的压力和挑战 ,唯一的出路在于创新。本文在对我国商业银行营销现状作分析的基础上 ,具体探讨了网络环境下银行营销创新的策略 ,首先是明确发展方向、现实选择 ,其次是做好组织建设、人才培养。
under Internet circumstances,marketing of commercial banks in china are faced with an unheard of challenge and press,the only way is innovation.The paper analyses marketing condition of commercial banks in China at present firstly,on the basis of that,it also discusses the strategies of marketing innovation under internet circumstances,firstly,commercial banks should definitude developmental aspect、realistic selection,second are some basic work,including the construction of organization、the cultivation of person with ability、the devotion of science and technology.
