摘要
本文系统研究了R_2Fe_(17)C(R=Y.Sm,Gd,Tb.Dy,Er)化合物的结构与内禀磁性,并与相应的R_2Fe_(17)化合物进行了比较。R_2Fe_(17)C的居里温度比相应R_2Fe_(17)的居里温度增加大约200K。本文讨论了C原子对该化合物结构与磁性的影响,同时,还对Sm_2(Fe_(1-x)Co_x)_(17)C系列化合物进行了研究。
We have stulied the structure and intrinsic magnetic properties of R2Fe17C compounds (R = Y, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy and Er), and compared them with the corresponding R2Fe17 compounds. The Curie temperatures of R2Fe17C are about 200K greater than those of R2Fe17. We discussed the variation of the structure and magnetism of the compounds due to introducing C atoms. Furthermore,Sm2(Fe1-xCo_x)17Ccompounds have also been studied.
