摘要 目的 :了解不同持续性注意测验对注意缺陷多动障碍儿童注意障碍的评定。方法 :符合DSM -Ⅳ注意缺陷多动障碍的 113名男性儿童与 83名正常对照儿童分别采用视觉单目标持续性注意测验、视觉连续目标持续性注意测验和听觉持续性注意测验进行对照研究。结果 :混合型儿童的视觉单目标持续性注意测验的击中率低于对照组 ,听觉持续注意测验的ADHD各亚型的击中率、d’值、β值均低于对照组儿童 ,ADHD各亚型的虚报率高于对照组。结论 :ADHD各亚型儿童存在明显的听觉持续性注意能力损害。 Objective: To explore the application of Continuous Performance Task(CPT) in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) children. Methods: 113 boys with a confirmed DSM-Ⅳ diagnosis of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and 83 normal children were assessed on the visual and auditory continuous performance test. Children with ADHD were classified into three groups: predominantly inattention type (54 children), predominantly hyperactive-impulsive type (25 children), and predominantly combined type (34 children). Results: Compared with normal controls, ADHD children had fewer total hits and more false alarms on auditory continuous performance test. Similarly, the signal detection indices showed that children with ADHD displayed an overall lower level of perceptual sensitivity and a lower decision criterion than did the control children. The combined type had fewer totals hit on simultaneous CPT compared with controls. Conclusion: The present study suggests that children with ADHD are significantly impaired in auditory continuous attention.
