Expression and Clinical Significance of CD62P on Platelets in Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的 :探讨腰椎间盘突出症的血小板活化功能的改变及临床意义。方法 :70例腰椎间盘突出症患者和 2 4例正常人 ,采用流式细胞仪分别测定他们血小板膜 CD6 2 P表达水平。结果 :腰椎间盘突出症患者的CD6 2 P含量平均值为 7.2 8% ,而正常组为 2 .78% ,两者有非常显著性差异 ( t=3.1 9P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :腰椎间盘突出症存在血小板的异常活化 ,血小板 CD6 2

Objective:To study the change and clinical significance of platelet activation in lumbar disc herniation.Methods:The expression level of CD62P on platelets were measured in 70 patients with lumbar disc herniation,and 24 normal subjects by FCM.Results:The mean CD62P content in lumbar disc herniation was 7.28%,while normal subjects was 2.78%.The deference was siginificant between the two groups(t=3.19,P<0.01).Conclusion:Abnormal platelet activation exist in lumbar disc herniation,furthermore confirm the relationship between CD62P content and lumbar disc herniation.
