摘要
目的 :探讨生脉成骨胶囊对骨髓微循环的影响。方法 :用钴 60 射线大剂量照射小鼠造成骨髓微循环损伤为实验模型 ,将 1 0 8只小白鼠分为正常组、空白对照组和生脉成骨胶囊治疗组 ,通过对骨髓微循环通透性、尺骨活体、股骨头墨汁灌注透明切片的观察数据进行统计分析。结果 :生脉成骨胶囊可明显的降低骨髓微血管的通透性、抑制骨髓血窦扩张和微小血栓形成、改善血流动态和毛细管的充盈 ,减轻骨髓微循环的损害 ,促进血窦的修复。结论
Objective:To research the effects of Sheng Mai Cheng Gu capsule on microcirculation in bone marrow,Using experimental model which lesion of microcirculation in bone marrow was caused with large dose acute irradiation by -ray of 60CO,108 NIH male mice were divided into normal group,control group and therapeatic group.The experimental datas which of the permeability of bone marrow,microcirculation of the ular marrow viv-microcopy and transparency section of femur head with ink perfusion under microcopy were analyzed by statistics.The experimental results demonstrate that Sheng Mai Cheng Gu capsule has evident healing action:Reducing the permeability of bone marrow,inhibiting sinusoid dilation and microthrombusis,improving blood stream of bone marrow and capillary filling,reducing lesion of microcirculation in bone marrow,promoting the sinusoid repair.These effectiveness of healing and treating the lesion of microcirculation in bone marrow are pharmacological elements which Sheng Mai Cheng Gu capsule preventing and treated the avascular necrosis of femoral head.
