上皮型钙粘附蛋白在妇科肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要
上皮型钙粘附蛋白是一种跨膜糖蛋白 ,在细胞与细胞、细胞与基质之间相互作用中起重要作用。研究表明 ,E -cad与肿瘤的侵袭转移行为有密切关系。在此就E -cad的结构与功能、在肿瘤中的表达及在妇科肿瘤中的研究情况作一综述。
