摘要
在详细分析了中冷器的结构形式和冷却方式的基础上 ,推出了一种新颖合理的中冷器设计计算方法。采用此计算方法 ,可以对所设计的中冷器反复进行校核计算 ,直至设计的中冷器满足要求为止。在校核计算中 ,抓住计算中冷器的传热系数K这一重点 ,对影响K值的诸因素 ,如增压空气侧对流换热系数hb、导热热阻值r4 、冷却介质对流换热系数hw 等 ,都给出了精确的计算公式。在此基础上 ,还给出了校核散热面积和增压空气出口温度的方法 ,使中冷器的校核计算简单、准确。
Based on analysing the configuration and cooling mode of intercooler,a new kind of reasonable designing and caculating method is given.With this method,we can correct the intercooler designing over and over untill getting the satisfied design.In correcting caculation we pay much attention to heat transfer coefficient, K ,and give the accurate formulation for caculating some factors,which effect K ,such as convective heat exchange coefficient of supercharging air side, h b,heat conduct resistance, r 4,cooling medium convective heat exchange coefficient of cooling medium, h w,etc.The correcting methods of cooling area and the temperature of supercharging air before intercooler are also given.
