摘要
提出了数控机床使用厂家精度检测的有效方法,即直线插补切圆,对圆上8个点进行6次测量,通过数据处理得出机床的重复定位精度和直线插补精度。
A measure method that cut a circumference through linear interpolation and measure eight points on the circumference for six times,then get the accuracy of duplicate position and linear interpolation by the way of data processing is put forward.It is the effective method of accuracy measure for computer numerical control machine.
