摘要
阐述了客户与供应商战略伙伴关系的意义 ,并对企业作为客户 ,是否应该以及怎样建立与供应商的战略伙伴关系提出了看法和建议。指出客户应根据所涉及的产品和市场的特点 ,选择合适的供应商 ,建立适合自身的企业关系。
This paper presents strategic partnerships between customers and their suppliers are important for companies. It also argues that whether and how a customer should built a strategic partnership with his suppliers. A successful relationship between a customer and a supplier is a specific one which is suitable for the products and relative markets.
