摘要
对钼系粉末等离子涂层的制备工艺、组织性能及应用进行了研究及分析,并将其在涂层的化学成分、组织与孔隙、硬度及台架磨损试验结果等方面与丝材喷涂层做了比较。结果表明,采用钼系粉末等离子涂层取代火焰喷涂工艺稳定,其涂层具有更优异的抗咬合抗磨损性能,成本大幅降低,可广泛应用在汽车工业中。
The fabrication technology,microstructure,characteristics and application of molybdenum powder plasma coatings are studied.It is compared with coil coatings in terms of chemical composition,microstructure and pores,hardness,bench wear experimental results.It is shown that molybdenum powder have better quality and lower costs,and a good application prospect in automotive industry.
