在以磷酸盐和钼酸盐为主的溶液中获得的钢铁上的黑色转化膜耐蚀性强,可代替磷化膜、氧化膜,作为激光热处理前的预处理层可显著提高激光热处理的效率。

Black transition film on the steels obtained in phosphate and molyadate fluid has better corrosion resis-tance,and can replace phosphatisation film and oxidation film,and can be used for pretreating layer before laser heat treatment that can remarkably improve laser heat treatment efficiency.
