摘要
MSF-2M型X射线应力仪是80年代产品,存在许多问题,无法满足高速测量需求,为此对其进行了改造。改造后的设备达到了提高测量速度和应力计算精度的效果,实现了测量数据的二次利用和计算机分时工作的功能,同时还具有试验报告的微机自动生成功能。
MSF-2M X-ray stress instrument produced in the eighties has many problems and can-not meet the demand of high speed measuring,so it is modified.For modified instrument both measuring speed and calculation precise are improved,the data can be computed and time-sharing operation between the instrument and the computer can be achieved,and test report can also be automatic generated.The successfully development of this instrument will supply a gap of domes-tic modification project about it.
