摘要
为解决某国产轿车的强烈的车内噪声,进行了该轿车的空腔声学模态分析,使用ANSYS有限元分析软件得到其声学模态频率和振型。在结合声学试验分析和该车车顶棚、前风挡有限元模态分析的基础上,进行了针对降低车内噪声的改进设计。测试结果表明,改进后车内噪声显著降低。
With the help of ANSYS finite element analysis software,the acoustic pressure response cavity of a homemade passenger car with acoustic fluid -structural coupling has been studied.Together with the FEM modal analysis of the car's roof panel and windscreen,an improved design is achieved to reduce the interior noise.Result shows that after the optimization design,the interior noise of the car depresses remarkably.
