非标准货物系固效果的评价方法

Method of access to securing effects for non-standard cargo

货物单元在运输中 ,合理系固是确保船舶安全的重要因素 ,而系固方案制定后 ,如何对其系固效果正确评价 ,则是货物系固的关键 .为此在对作用于货物单元上的各力进行全面分析的基础上 ,阐述了非标准货物系固效果的评价标准 ,给出了评价系固效果的计算方法 .考虑到船舶管理中的可操作性 ,文中计算方法做了必要的简化和综合 。

On carrying cargo units, reasonable securing is a important factor for ship safety. After determining securing plan, it is the key link to access securing effects. In this paper, on the basis of analysis of forces acting on cargo units, access standard and calculating method of securing effects are introduced. On accounting of being convenient for ship management, the calculation methed is necessary simplified and sythsized.
