摘要
利用超声相比较法对CoO的顺磁相、反铁磁相的弹性常数及它们的压力导数进行测量。根据实验数据对CoO两相中原子相互作用力性质,在Nel点的体弹模量B_5和压缩率β_r特性,以及CoO磁性相变的级数等进行了讨论。
Using ultrasonic phase comparison method, the elastic properties and pressure derivatives of paramagnetic and antiferromagnetic phase of cobalt oxide are measured. The characteristic of interatomic forces in these two phases, the nature of bulk modulus and compressibility at Neel temperature, and the order of phase transition of cobalt oxide are discussed based on the experimental results.
