摘要
针对某公司联碱厂二格水泥格网填料冷却塔长期运行后冷却效能严重下降的状况 ,通过方案比较和设计计算 ,采用T2 5— 6 0°新型抗堵PVC薄膜填料和组装式扁钢支架进行改造。经省级法定单位测试和用户使用证明 ,这种改造方法经济、高效 ,能够使原水泥格网填料冷却塔彻底恢复冷却能力 。
In line with the marked decline in cooling efficiency over prolonged operatio of the packed cooling tower with two layers of cementgrids in the integrated sode plant of a company,a new type of anti-clogging PVC film packing T25-60°and an assembly flat steel support are adoptedfor retrofit after scheme comparison and design calculation.Testing by ano official organization at the provincial level and use by customers prowe thatsuch a retrofit procedure is not only economic and highly effcient but willalso restore comletely the cooling capacity of the original packed coolingtower with cement grids,thereby meeting production requirement.
