摘要 分析了传统 36 0 0造气工艺流程存在的缺点 ,针对邯钢集团化肥公司的实际情况并配合 12 2 0工程的顺利实施 ,决定采用设备紧凑、发气量大、工艺设备较先进的 36 0 0煤气发生炉系统。在该系统的设计中 ,除了采用新型高效旋风除尘器和联合热管锅炉回收器外 。 An analysis is made of the inherent drawbacks in the conventionalΦ3 600 gasifrer process flow. In line with the actual condition of the Chemical Fertilizer Company of Handan Iron and Steel Group and in coordination with the smooth implementation of the 1220 project,it is decided to abopt the Φ3 600 gasifier system with more compact equipment layout,higher gas-making capacity and more advanced process equipment.In the design of this system,in addition to the use of the new-type high-efficiency cyclone dust collector and the combined heat pipe boiler recoverer,the advanced technical equipment,which has emerged in gasification technology in China in recent years is fully assimilated.
