摘要
介绍了用进口双螺杆挤出机作为粘接型氯丁橡胶(CR244)后处理装置的工艺流程,探讨了其工艺条件及成品橡胶的性能。通过适量调减聚合配方中的相对分子质量调节剂,并适量增加抗氧剂和稳定剂,可以保证最终产品的门尼粘度符合ZBG35001—88的要求并具有稳定性和均一性。采用LomarPW(萘磺酸甲醛缩合物的钠盐)作分散剂可减少挤出时胶粒的流失。通过调减挤出机电机的励磁值及适当降低凝聚剂中氯化钙的用量,可以减少挤出机螺杆卡胶现象的出现。成品胶挥发分偏高和焦烧问题有待进一步研究解决。
The process of imported twin screw extruder as finishing equipment of adhesive chloroprene rubber(CR 244)was introduced. Its process condition and the properties of product rubber was investigated. Controlling the mooney of technological process by the appropriate adjustment regulate pharmaceutical of relative molecular weight of polymerization prescription, assisting with appropriate antioxidant and stabilizer. And than ensuring the required mooney value, relative steady and homogeneity of final product.
