丁腈橡胶-氯苯溶液的流变性能 被引量:2

摘要 利用Haake流变仪,在接近氢化丁腈橡胶加氢工艺的条件下测定了不同浓度和温度下丁腈橡胶-氯苯溶液的流变参数。结果表明,在此条件下该体系近似于牛顿流体,建立的粘度与温度、浓度的关系式为η=exp(-8.109+0.03535C+807.9/T+140.658C/T)。 Using Haake rheometer,the rheological parameters for NBR-chlorobenzene solution with different mass fraction of NBR were measured under the condition near to that for the hydrogenation of HNBR.The results showed that the solution system could be treated as Newtonian fluid.The correlate equation between viscosity and temperature,mass fraction was η=exp(-8.109+0.035 35 C+807.9/T+140.658 C/T) .
