摘要
研究了 3种含硼添加剂 (CaB6、ZrB2 和Bc)对白云石碳和镁白云石碳材料热态抗折强度的影响 ,并与金属Al粉的作用进行了对比。结果表明 :在还原气氛下 ,含硼添加剂对白云石碳和镁白云石碳材料的热态抗折强度没有负面影响 ,其原因是在这一实验条件下硼化物没有发生变化 ;而硼化物与Al粉混合加入时 ,两种添加剂对试样的热态抗折强度具有叠加增强效果。
The effects of various boron bearing materials (CaB 6 ,ZrB 2 and Bc) on hot modulus of rupture of doloma-carbon and magdoloma-carbon refractories were investigated and compared with the behavior of metal Al.The results indicate that under controlled reducing atmosphere,boron bearing additives in the tested materials have no negative effect on hot modulus of rupture because under such conditions,they are stable.However,mixed addition of an appropriate ratio of boride and metal Al would noticeably improve the hot modulus of rupture at elevated temperatures.
