沥青软化温度对转炉热补料性能的影响

Effect of soften temperature of pitch on properties of hot repairing mix for converter

改变 3种不同软化温度沥青的加入量 ,测定了热补料的烧结时间、体积密度、耐压强度和铺展性等。结果表明 :采用二种以上软化温度的沥青比只采用一种沥青效果好 ,对沥青成分调整和改性是提高转炉热补料质量的有效方法之一。

The experiment was carried out to study the sintering time,bulk density,crushing strength and spread out behavior of the hot repairing mix by changing the additions of three pitches with different soften temperatures.The result shows that using more than two pitches is better than using one pitch,and adjusting and optimizing the pitch's composition is one of the best methods to improve the properties of hot repairing mix.
