摘要
通过扫描电子显微镜和能谱分析研究了玻纤增强尼龙织梭梭面磨损及发黑机理。结果表明,玻纤增强尼龙织梭梭面摩擦磨损的机理主要为磨粒磨损及疲劳脱落,梭面发黑主要是由于织梭磨损对偶面的金属脱落所致。玻纤增强尼龙6复合材料本身固有的特性决定了织梭在实际应用过程中不可避免地产生梭面发黑的现象。
The mechanism of friction and nigrescence of shuttle made from glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 composite was investigated based on the analyses of scanning electron microscope and energy spectroscopy. The results show that the main wear mechanism of shuttle is fatigue delamination and abrasive wear and the 86. 5°surface of shuttle has been nigrified by wearing the opposite metal.
