摘要
目的 :建立大承气汤颗粒剂中大黄素、大黄酚、厚朴酚等含量测定的HPLC方法。方法 :采用E .Mer ckLiChrospher 10 0RP - 18柱 ,流动相为甲醇 - 0 .5 %高氯酸水溶液 (梯度洗脱 ) ,检测波长 2 5 4nm。结果 :各成分的加样回收率 (n =5 )分别为 :大黄素 98.6% ,RSD =2 .67% ;芦荟大黄素 95 .0 % ,RSD =2 .74 % ;大黄酚 10 3.6% ,RSD=2 .87% ;大黄酸 10 6.7% ,RSD =0 .85 % ;厚朴酚 99.5 % ,RSD =2 .2 6% ;和厚朴酚 96.8% ,RSD =1.2 0 %。结论 :本方法结果准确、灵敏度高、重现性好 。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of emodin, aloe-emodin, chrysophanol, rhein, magnolol and honokiol in Dachenqi Granule. Method: The determination was performed on A E.Merck LiChrospher 100RP-18 column with methanol-0.5% HCLO4 (gradient elution) as mobile phase and the detection wavelength was 254nm. Results: The average recovery rate (n=5) of emodin was 98.6%, RSD=2.67; aloe-emodin 95.0%, RSD=2.74%; chrysophanol 103.6%, RSD=2.87%; rhein 106.7%, RSD=0.85%; magnolol 99.5%, RSD=2.26%; honokiol 96.8%, RSD=1.20%. Conclusion:The method is sensible and its results are accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used for quality control of Dachenqi Granule.
