滋肾活血方对鼻咽癌放疗增效作用的临床观察

Clinic research on Zishenhuoxuefang's synergism for radiotherapy on nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的 :考察滋肾活血方对鼻咽癌放疗的增效作用。方法 :采用随机分组对照观察法。治疗组 80例在放疗的基础上 ,予以滋肾活血方煎服 ;对照组 62例仅予放疗。结果 :治疗组鼻咽部肿瘤、颈淋巴结转移灶的肿瘤消退时的放疗剂量均明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,颈淋巴转移灶消退率高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组口腔粘膜反应较对照组轻 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,放射后治疗组血红蛋白、白细胞、血小板下降不明显 ,对照组血红蛋白、白细胞则显著下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :滋肾活血方能提高鼻咽癌患者的放疗效果。

Objective: To evaluate the Zishenhuoxuefang's synergism for radiotherapy on nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Method: All patients were randomly divided into two groups. Based on the radiotherapy, 80 patients with Zishenhuoxuefang- treating were selected for experiment group, while 62 patients only with radiotherapy for contrast group. Results: For experiment group, there was lower radiotherapy dose need ( P<0.01) , which were applied for tumor in nasopharyngeal and cervical lymph node, and slight adverse reaction in oral mucosa and vomiting ( P<0.05 ). As for the blood test, hemoglobin, platelet and leucocyte in experiment group didn't reduce significantly just like that of contrast group ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion: Zishenhuoxuefang has satisfied synergism for treating nasopharyngeal carcinoma with radiotherapy.
