腰腿灵胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症35例临床观察

Treating 35 cases of lumbar disc protrusion with Yaotuiling Capsule

目的 :验证腰腿灵胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 :选择符合纳入病例标准的患者 ,随机分为两组。在相同的辅助治疗基础上 ,治疗组 35例予以腰腿灵胶囊口服 ,对照组予以安慰剂。结果 :治疗组腰椎功能优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :腰腿灵胶囊能改善腰椎间盘突出症症状、体征 。

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Yaotuiling Capsule to lumbar disc protrusion. Method: Based on the common therapy, 35 patients were selected randomly in experiment group treated with Yaotuiling Capsule, while 29 patients in contrast group with placebo. Result: For the lumbar disc function improvement, there was very significant difference between two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion: Yaotuiling Capsule could improve the lumbar disc protrusion patients' syndrome and quality of life.
