摘要
目的 :探讨建立早期诊断肿瘤转移的方法。方法 :用免疫组化方法检测癌症患者的骨髓涂片中的角蛋白阳性细胞。结果 :2 1株人的癌细胞株中 ,凡上皮来源者均呈阳性反应 ,非上皮来源者均呈阴性反应。 2 4例癌症患者中 ,18例骨髓中有角蛋白阳性细胞 ,其中 1/ 3的患者淋巴结没有转移。另外冰冻检查发现 ,分化不明显的癌细胞角蛋白表达更多 ,染色更深。结论 :骨髓中角蛋白阳性细胞检测技术 ,可用于某些癌症血行转移的早期诊断和形态分化不明确。
Objective:To study the method of early diagnosis of cancer metastasis.Methods:Detection of cytokeratin positive cells in the bone marrow with immunohistochemical method. Results:21 human tumor cell lines and bone marrow from 24 cancer patients were detected.All of the examined tumor cell lines originated from epithelium were keratin positive,while the non epithelial tumor cell lines were negative .keratin positive cells were found in 18 of 22 bone marrows from patients with epithelium derived cancer,and 1/3 of them without any metastasis in their lymph nodes.In addition, examinations with ice section of tumor tissues displayed that undifferentiated tumor cells expressed more intensive keratin molecules.Conclusion:The method to detect keratin positive cells in bone marrow could be used to early diagnose blood cir culatiag cancer metastasis and to be used as a complementary discrimination diagnosis.
