药物治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成(附101例临床分析)

Medical treatment of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity(an analysis of 101 cases)

目的 :探讨下肢深静脉血栓 (DVT)的药物治疗方法。方法 :回顾分析朝阳医院 1998年 8月～ 2 0 0 1年 1月间药物治疗 10 1例下肢DVT患者的情况。结果 :10 1例下肢DVT患者经药物 (尿激酶加用低分子右旋糖酐、低分子肝素、复方丹参等 )治疗后 ,1个疗程的总显效率为 73 3%。结论 :下肢DVT在诊断和治疗上并不困难 ,只要正确认识本病 ,及时诊断 ,早期治疗 ,绝大多数患者都会取得较满意的疗效。

Objective:To evaluate the medical treatment of deep vein thrombosis(DVT) of the lower extremity.Methods:We reviewed clinical data of 101 patients who were treated for DVT of lower extremity at Chaoyang hospital during Aug.1998 to Jan.2001.Results:The treatment results are satisfactory after one course of pharmacotherapy.After one course of pharmacotherapy,the total effective rate was 73.3%.Conclusion:It is not difficult to diagnose and treat DVT of lower extremity. Early diagnosis and treatment are the keys for satisfactory result.
