影响药物流产成功率的因素分析

Analysis of Factors Influencing on success rate of medical abortion.

目的 探讨影响药物流产成功率的各种因素。方法 回顾分析 10 0 0例因非病理性原因要求终止妊娠的孕妇成功和失败的原因。结果 孕周 <5 0d ,胚囊径线 <2 5mm的药流成功率明显高于孕周≥ 5 0d、胚囊径线≥ 2 5mm的孕妇 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 影响药物流产成功率的因素主要为孕周大小和孕囊径线大小。

Objective To study the factors influencing on success rate of medical abortion.Methods 1?000 cases of women who asked for termination of pregnancy for non-pathological reason were analysed retrospectively.Results The success rate if the group whose days of gestation<50?days and size of embryo< 25?mm was significantly higher than that of the group whose days of gestation≥50?days and size of embryo≥ 25?mm.  (P<0.05) .Conclusions The main factors influencing on success rate of medical abortion is days of gestation and size of embryo.
