甲状腺次全切除术的美容做法

TECHNIQUES OF COSMETIC SUBTOTAL THYROIDECTOMY

目的 :改进甲状腺次全切除术 ,使之更具微创性。方法 :采用不切断颈前肌群及缝吊法行甲状腺次全切除术 (以下称美容法 )共 975例 ,其中甲状腺腺瘤 2 34例 ,单纯结节性甲状腺肿 364例 ,甲状腺功能亢进者 377例 ,观察甲状腺疾病复发情况、术后并发症、颈部美观情况以及患者的满意程度。结果 :结节性甲状腺腺肿复发 3例 ,甲亢复发 2例 ,治愈 970例 (99.5 % ) ,无 1例严重并发症发生 ,切口瘢痕纤细。对手术结果表示很满意的有 772例 (97% ) ,满意的有 2 0例 (2 .5 % ) ,不满意者 4例 (0 .5 % )。结论 :美容法甲状腺次全切除术是一种安全、效果满意的手术方法。

Objective:To improve the technique of subtotal thyroidectomy for micro-invasion reason. Methods:Total 975 subtotal thyroidectomy were performed with technique of not cutting the bundle of muscle and 'clip' technique (cosmetic technique);the disease included 234 adenoma,364 multinodular goiter,377 Graves disease.The recurrence,complication and cosmetic effect was observed;Satisfactory degree was investigated.Results:3 multinodular goiter and 2 Graves disease recurred,970(99.5)% was cured;No severe complication occurred;The scar was slim.772(97%) were very pleased with the operational results,and 20(2.5%) pleased,only 4(0.5%) were not pleased. Conclusion:The cosmetic technique is safe and satisfactory.
