土家药消肿止痛散治疗运动性关节损伤82例

我们从土家族民间收集到治疗运动性关节损伤的单验方数十个。根据其药理作用及功能主治 ,将其主要药物融合成一个基本方 ,取名为“消肿止痛散”。经过 3年余临床验证 82例 ,总有效率达 98.78% ,明显优于对照组的 85 % ,P<0 .0 5。本方不仅对运动性关节损伤有效 ,而且对风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、痛风。

The research is based on tens of folk remedies collected from Tujia people.In term of their pharmaceutical functions in treatment,we mix them together into a basic prescription named`Analgesic Powder for subsiding a swelling'.After more than 3 years' testing on 82 cases,we find the rate of effectiveness amounts to 98.78%,which is obviously superior to the contrast group whose efficiency is only 76.25%,P<0.05?The prescuiption is effective not only in treating the injury to the joint ligament but also in treating rheumatic.arthritis,rheumatoid arthritis,gout,etc.
