摘要
目的 探讨内耳膜迷路的MRI成像技术及评价对正常内耳膜迷路的显示能力。方法 选择30例无耳部疾病患者及健康志愿者,使用3D FASE-重T_2WI序列对双侧耳部进行扫描,之后采用最大信号强度投影(MIP)技术多角度重建处理,观察并评价内耳膜迷路的MRI影像。结果 30例正常内耳膜迷路的细微结构、听神经和面神经均能良好显示。结论 3D FASE-重T_2WI序列能够多角度显示内耳膜迷路、听神经和面神经的正常形态,对诊断该区域的病变有重要价值。
To study MRI technique of membranous labyrinth of normal inner ear, and evaluate the ability of MRI on displaying these structures. Methods MRI scanning were performed with 3D EASE - Heavily T2WI sequence on 30 normal subjects and volunteers, then maximum intensity projection (MIP) technique was conducted in multi - angle views, and membranous labyrinth of inner ear was observed and evaluated. Results The tiny structures of membranous labyrinth of inner ears, acoustic and facial nerves were well demonstrated. Conclusion The normal structures of membranous labyrinth, acoustic nerve and facial nerve can be displayed on 3D FASE - Heavily T2WI sequence in multiple directions. It is valuable in diagnosing the lesions of these regions.
