目的 探讨急性白血病 (AL)CD3 4 抗原表达和P -gp高表达与预后的关系 .方法 对 30例AL患者的单个核细胞用抗CD3 4 和抗P -gp单克隆抗体标记后 ,通过流式细胞仪进行检测 ,其结果与临床的实际疗效作分析 .结果 CD3 4 和P -gp同时高表达的临床疗效差 ;两者之间比较 ,P -gp高表达者疗效较差 .结论 CD3 4 和P

Objective To explore the relation between the coexpression of P-gp and CD 34 and clinical curative effect in acute leukemia(AL). Methods 30 AL patients were detected by flow cytometry after marking their monuclear cells with monoclonal antibody of P-gp and CD 34 .We observed the relationship between expression and clinical effect. Results The clinical effect is the worsest in which express both P-gp and CD 34 antigen.Compared P-gp with CD 34 ,the prognosis was worse in AL patients when P-gp expression was high. Conclusions There were poorer prognosis in who coexpressed both P-gp and CD 34 in acute leukemia.
